1. Exemption
All visual depictions appearing on or through Intimora (the "Website") are exclusively computer-generated imagery produced by artificial-intelligence systems. No real human beings are depicted anywhere on the Website, and no human models, actors, or performers were used, photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in the creation of any content.
Because the content does not portray actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the Website and its operator are exempt from the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. See 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(1) and § 2256(2)(A); the definitions in those sections apply to depictions of "actual human beings," which are not present here.
2. No Real Persons
The characters, faces, bodies, voices, and scenes generated on the Website are fictional and synthetic. Any resemblance to a real, identifiable person is unintended and coincidental. The Website prohibits and takes technical measures to prevent the generation of sexual depictions of real, identifiable individuals, and does not accept user-uploaded photographs of real people for transformation into sexual imagery.
3. Adults Only (18+)
The Website is intended solely for adults 18 years of age or older. All AI-generated characters are depicted as adults. Content that depicts, describes, or suggests minors — or that is age-ambiguous — is strictly prohibited, blocked at the prompt level, and removed by output-side review. See our Content Policy.
