You do not need an account, a lawyer, or any payment to use this process. You do not need to prove anything before we act. Send us the request and we will handle it.
Every character on Intimora is fictional and every image is generated by software. No real person is photographed, filmed, or uploaded here. If something nonetheless resembles you, that is exactly what this page is for — we would rather remove it than argue about it.
2. What This Covers
- An intimate or sexually explicit image or video that appears to depict you, published without your consent.
- Content that was created, edited, or altered by artificial intelligence to resemble you — a "deepfake".
- Content that identifies you by name, handle, likeness, or other identifying detail alongside intimate material.
- Requests made on behalf of someone else by a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.
If the person depicted is a minor, stop and contact us immediately at intimora.team@proton.me with "URGENT" in the subject. That is handled outside this process and takes priority over everything else we do.
3. How To Send A Request
Email intimora.team@proton.me with the subject line "Intimate image removal".
Include as much of the following as you can:
- A link to the content, or enough description for us to find it.
- A statement that you are the person depicted, or that you are authorized to act for them.
- A statement that the content was published without consent.
- An email address we can reply to.
Do not send us intimate images of yourself as proof. We do not need them and we do not want to hold them. A description is enough.
4. What We Do, And How Fast
- Within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, we remove the reported content.
- We also make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies of it.
- We confirm to you by email once it is done.
- Where a specific account or address is responsible, we restrict it.
We do not require the request to be perfectly formatted. If something is missing we will ask, and the clock does not restart while we wait.
5. Preventing It From Recurring
Requests are not treated as one-offs. Where a request reveals a gap in our filters, we add a rule and a regression test so the same request cannot succeed again. Generating sexual content that depicts a real, identifiable person already violates our Content Policy and is blocked before generation by both our filtering layers.
6. If You Disagree With An Outcome
Reply to the confirmation email and a person will review it again. If content of yours was removed and you believe that was wrong, tell us and we will reconsider.
